About The Nourished Body

Online Pilates-Based Movement

“I am inspired by the well-being and dynamic change every body can make.”

The Nourished Body is designed to offer people consistent, high-quality movement education without having to be dependent on a studio’s location through Pilates sessions. Created by Melanie McGray, a mom of three young boys, a business owner and a former professional dancer/choreographer, The Nourished Body came about due to her busy lifestyle and the need to feel grounded by nurturing her body.

Other Offerings

The Nourished Body also offers one-to-one Online Private Pilates Sessions, Live Group Pilates classes and Body-Specific Workshops.

Virtual Private Pilates

Live, Online, One-To-One, customized Pilates-based movement sessions that focus on your exact needs and conditions. Injury prevention, rehabililtation and pre/post natal needs can be met here with percision and expertise.

Live Pilates Mat Classes

We offer Live, Online Pilates mat classes for those looking to be part of a class environment without having to leave your home. All Levels Welcome. 

Live, Online Workshops

A variety of body-specific workshops including Pelvic Floor Health, An Introduction to Pilates Matwork and Breathe Baby Down (BBD). Contact us for rates and availabilities.
